Review and Consult Results
Performance information is given for each provider who has had a quality assurance consult or desk review. Waiver Support Coordinators are reviewed every year with a WiSCC—Waiver Support Coordination Consultation. Other service providers are reviewed with a CORE—Collaborative Outcomes and Review Enhancement, or with a desk review. For more information about these different types of reviews go to http://www.dfmc-florida.org/provider_resources.htm.
For “Background Screening” and “Training”, providers get a score of “Met”, “Not Met”, or a comment of “Not Yet Reviewed”. “Met” means the provider has met the required standard. “Not Met” means the provider does not meet the required standard. “Not Yet Reviewed” means the provider has not yet had a consult or review.
When providers were not willing to be part of a desk review, the following statement is seen, “This provider has not complied with the AHCA Quality Assurance processes and no information is available”.
If a provider is not eligible to be reviewed, the following statement is seen “This provider currently does not meet the requirements to be reviewed.”
