The data in this website are often updated.  However, data from provider reviews that were just finished may not yet be listed.  Data are added to the website as soon as possible.  

Some provider information comes from Medicaid billing data, such as name and address.  If it is wrong in the Medicaid billing data, it will be wrong here.  Providers can update and/or correct information here:  http://floridamedicaid.acs-inc.com/index.jsp

This website gives some basic information about providers.  Delmarva, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and the Agency for Health Care Administration do not recommend one provider over another.
